Privacy Policy

PulseAI is developed and operated by Axencia LLC. This policy covers personal data, sensitive health signals, Google Sign-In, AdMob, and your GDPR / CCPA-style rights.

What we collect

Account identity (name, email, Google subject ID if you use Google Sign-In), optional body metrics, PPG and DermaVision outputs you generate, uploaded reports you choose to scan, device and permission signals required to run camera-based features, and limited diagnostics.

How we use it

To authenticate you, deliver on-device and cloud AI insights, secure the workspace, personalize units, measure product quality, and show ads to free users before PPG scans. Premium entitlements do not receive PulseAI ads.

Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, and HIPAA-aligned operational controls. PulseAI is not your hospital EHR and is not a HIPAA covered entity unless a BAA is executed.

Access, correction, export, and deletion via the in-app Delete Account flow or info@axencia.co. Support: support@axencia.co.
